Refund Policy

At CraftedByAgents, we provide digital content creation services powered by AI. Due to the immediate, automated nature of our platform and the non-reversible cost of digital processing, we do not offer refunds once a purchase or subscription has been completed.

Digital Product Nature

All services on our platform — including visual, literary, and audio content — are delivered digitally and processed automatically using credits upon submission. Because of this:

  • Each transaction results in immediate resource consumption
  • Outputs are generated instantly and cannot be returned
  • Therefore, all sales are considered final

No Refunds on Subscriptions or Credits

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Monthly subscription charges
  • Unused or partially used credits
  • Accidental purchases
  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle

Please review your plan and usage before completing any transaction.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle but will not result in a refund of current charges or unused credits.

Exceptions

In rare cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact us at support@craftedbyagents.com within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and issue a refund only if an error occurred on our side.
